Registration at NIIC is open to the public and includes access to all NIIC sessions. NIIC provides breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks; dinner is on your own.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Health and safety are NIIC’s top priority. Adapting to Covid and anticipating that NIIC may be the first major work travel experience for many of our participants, our 2021 cancellation and refund policy is the most flexible in NIIC’s 14-year history.

  • NIIC Registration may be cancelled at any time prior to and during NIIC.

  • Covid Safety:

    • We strongly encourage all participants to be fully vaccinated prior to their arrival at NIIC. Proof of vaccination is not required.

    • If you test positive for Covid directly prior to your arrival at NIIC, please cancel your registration immediately.

    • We trust that any NIIC participant who is feeling ill or exhibiting signs of Covid onsite will not attend NIIC sessions. If you become ill onsite, please contact NIIC for support.

  • Cancellation of registration due to Covid or other emergency is fully refundable.

  • Cancellation for other reasons is refundable as follows:

    • Up to Sept 15: Full refund

    • Sept 16-Sept 27: Full refund less $100 administrative fee

    • Sept 28 forward: Full refund less $150 administrative fee

  • Please note that individual hotel reservations are not under NIIC’s control and any cancellations are subject to the policies of the Westgate which you agree to when you make your booking directly online.
